Falling for Faux

Winter is one fierce season, and with the temperature dropping, I was so happy to welcome this warm bundle of joy into my life. This coat is gorgeous, functional, and super soft to the touch -- I get tons of compliments every time I wear it out, and I feel extra awesome when I remember that no animals had to die for me to get my hands on it! I never thought I'd say this, but I can't wait for the cold weather to kick back up so that I can get some more wear out of this new baby!

Today I dressed it down with a pair of ripped jeans and a red bag for a pop of color, but the beauty of this coat is that you can also dress it up. These Madewell boots are my go to shoes for fall and winter. They're super comfortable, so I wear them to work, party, dates and everything in between. I wish I'd gotten two pairs!
