Memorial Day Weekend is finally here, and I'm excited to share some outfit inspiration with you! We're currently on the cusp of the seasonal transition where spring meets summer, and I can hardly contain my excitement! Summer is hands down my favorite season. Something about the warm weather, endless rays of sun, and flattering silhouettes drives me wild with happiness! Personally, these past few weeks have been full of new beginnings, positive experiences, and renewal. Today's look is a salute to the playful energy that's been permeating my life lately.

Today I'm wearing a flirty matching set that I found at American Eagle Outfitters. I've been obsessed with their stuff lately. I know what you're thinking - "aren't we a little old for American Eagle?" Not too long ago I was asking myself the same question. Aside from the fact that they've completely re-branded, AEO is one of the few brands that promotes inclusion and body positivity. I like their products, but what keeps me going back is seeing diverse images of people that represent the everyday woman in their ads and on their website. I love supporting brands with values that align with mine, and you should too!

I'm in love with this Tie Front Crop Top and Runner Short. The material is lightweight, which is perfect for warm weather, and the floral print is darling. To keep the bohemian vibes alive and well, I threw on my vegan leather bucket bag from Free People and gladiator sandals from Madewell. By now, you know that I'm obsessed with braid buns, so I threw my braids up to keep extra cool.
